Basic Bookkeeping Workshop - The City of Hallandale Beach has partnered with the City of Hollywood and FAU to sponsor the “Basic Bookkeeping for Your Small Business” workshop. This workshop will discuss basic bookkeeping and financial records maintenance. On Thursday, June 12 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- One-on-One Business Analyst Sessions - The City of Hollywood is sponsoring FREE one-on-one business counseling sessions with a Business Analyst to promote business success. During each private session, the participant will be able to discuss any issue impacting the business. All current and potential business owners are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.

Local MBE/SBE Program Orientation - Program Orientation is designed to provide local businesses participating in the City's Local MBE/SBE Program with a program overview, guidance on how to conduct business with the City of Hollywood and information about how to remain eligible to participate in the program. Businesses currently participating in the Local MBE/SBE Program are required to attend Program Orientation and failure to attend can negatively impact a business' eligibility. It is free and open to Local Hollywood and MBE/SBE Program Vendors.

The Incumbent Worker Training Program is funded by the Federal Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and administered by Workforce Florida, Inc. Through this program, Florida is able to provide expense reimbursement grants to businesses for the purpose of providing skills upgrade training to currently employed full-time workers.
